Location was great with a stroll along the waterfront to the shops. Staff were helpful. Linen & room were clean with a huge bed. Customer service was great & a problem was resolved quickly without any hassle.

We got a free upgrade from a studio chalet to a 1 brm unit, which was great. Really comfortable bed. Good sized bedroom. Small shower, but great water pressure. Large lounge area and good size table and chairs. Kitchenette with fridge/freezer, and 2 burner induction hob. Awesome fry pans and pot. Great patio area out the back of the unit,

Very nice staff, shovels and body boards to rent for free, clean room, nice big terrace. Tairua is easy to stay at, quite a few shops and places to get food and also some beaches close by.

Fab motel, everyone is really helpful and friendly. Super close to the town and beach. Easy to walk, too. Lovely little private deck area off the unit. Which was great.

Location is excellent. We were very close to a beautiful part of the water and could see the sunrise over the water from the kitchen window. Host was delightful and admin around this booking was very smooth indeed. It's about a 10 minute scenic walk into the main street. Very clean and well appointed, quiet and comfortable.

Check was pleasant as the lady (whos name I did not ask unfortunately) was very warm and welcoming. The room I stayed in was so clean and well kept. The room was the first one with the harbour view and was perfect. Will definitely visit again and stay more then 1 night.

Easy, friendly interactions. Before this visit, It was unclear to me whether Tairua had good boat ramps. There is a great boat ramp very close to this accomodation and I would come back with my jetski fishing set up if can park somewhere and clean it after using.

The chalets were fantastic, bathrooms were more like hotel bathrooms, I was on crutches so the fact there were no shower trays to step into was a Godsend! The little private area was lovely even though it rained and we didn't use. Coffee machine great and the kitchen facilities were bang on! Will certainly use again.

The unit was spacious for 2 people and had just been renovated. Had a private courtyard great for meals outside.

Location 2mins walk from the beach was very handy, close to everything fabulous location, Staff were friendly room was comfortable and clean we had everything we needed for the 2night stay, Beds were comfortable would lay there all day if I could, will definitely be staying again Thanks Steven and Staff
